Metalcore has just recently revealed new development updates that will change how the game is played. The dev team has been grinding harder than ever, fueled by the playerbase’s feedback and a mission to take MetalCore to new heights.
Streamlined Respawn
As you’ve probably noticed, you have to go through a number of screens to access the map and select your respawn location after every death. In response to player feedback, Metalcore is introducing a respawn countdown feature that will be added as an alternative to immediately re-engage the fight.
To select where to respawn, you can stop the countdown at any time. If not, a redeploy at the closest accessible spawn point will occur automatically. Has your faction taken control of any small or medium-sized outposts recently? That’s where you’ll instantly redeploy: wherever is closest to your place of death.
Vehicle Overhaul

Metalcore boasts an impressive fleet of vehicles, and the team is polishing them to perfection. Say farewell to less practical weapons like chainsaws and drills; aiming and targeting systems are getting a facelift. Every vehicle variant will serve a distinct role on the battlefield, decked out with cutting-edge Kerberos tech.
Revamped PVP dynamics
The traditional PvE-PvP split in Korani is getting a remix. The Korani region of Kerberos has historically been a sizable PvE region on the outside and a smaller PvP area in the middle. Players will be able to engage in combat anywhere on the map, with the exception of a tiny area surrounding the main bases of each faction. This translates to less monotony in PvP gameplay and more varied PvP battlefields.

In the Dominance mode, the game will direct factions to specific map locations, requiring them to assemble as a server to seize a vital region or building. Over time, these pivotal points will become randomized, exposing you to a variety of landscapes and engaging you in PvP battles across the entire map.
Purposeful Looting and crafting
Important in-game achievements like missions or boss kills will now give better loot, making looting more deliberate. Your next favorite vehicle won’t be crafted by farming cannon fodder; instead, you’ll be able to keep your heart racing by performing valiant deeds in order to obtain that coveted blueprint component or resource.
Double Trouble from the Passenger Seat
Certain vehicles will be able to have gunner players if they have multiple weapons systems and passenger capacity. Get into your fellow player’s car and let loose while they drive you right into the battle.
AI system revamped
Metalcore devs have mentioned the upgraded PVE AI in the game. AI infantry are advancing their capabilities, and they will deploy a wide range of AI war machines, ranging from deadly to menacing, to the surface of the planet. The Zephyr trainer that players ride might not be enough to fend off these AI infantries anymore.
